Patrick began his career as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual in Lakeland, FL in January of 2008, after working as a high-school English teacher for 7 years. Patrick began his career as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual in Lakeland, FL in January of 2008, after working as a high-school English teacher for 7 years. In his first year with Northwestern, Patrick was a Pacesetter first 40 and the new advisor of the year in Greater Tampa Bay. In late 2008, Patrick joined the LEAD program and accepted a College Unit Director contract. Realizing his true passion and talents are coaching and mentoring, Patrick made the decision in 2010 to move to the Network Office in Tampa, with aspirations of becoming a Chief Development Officer. Patrick is a Certified Coach, a Master Trainer and is passionate about helping advisors exceed their own expectations of success. An expert in the Al Granum business planning model, Patrick works with advisors to both develop new practices and maximize the profitability of tenured advisors' practices.
